Wolken does not provide any refund on any items purchased from the online shop and all sales are final.

We do not work with a stock yet and therefore all items are made to order personally for you. For that reason, any package returned will not be refunded. As every item is unique for each individual customer, we cannot change your size for you.

An item cannot be returned if the size is wrong because as stated above, each item is personally made for each individual customer. Please check the sizing page before purchase or contact us and we can suggest a size for you.


We use PostNL to ship our packages, whether it be inside the Netherlands or worldwide. Once we have given your parcel to PostNL, it is up to them to deliver it safely. Once the package is in their hands, we are no longer responsible for it. Proof of postage will be shown to anyone who does not receive their package.

Tracking numbers are available on request.

If you want your package to be shipped outside of The Netherlands, send us a message/email.


Since each item is personally made for each individual customer, the item(s) you bought will be shipped within 12 business days depending on your location. Please wait patiently for your items to be received, as it may take anywhere from 3-20 days to receive your products depending on your location. 


Please make sure you provide us with a correct address, as if you provide us with a wrong address and we send the item to that address, we cannot refund you and you will have to purchase the item again. If an item is returned, you will have to pay postage again for us to be able to re-send it to you.
